Return or refund request

If your order never arrived, the wrong item came, or something arrived damaged, tell us here and we will put it right. Please have your order number and the email address on the order to hand.

On your order confirmation and invoice, for example 1041. For a course it starts with C, like C12.

What went wrong? * We do not accept returns for a change of mind, so that is not listed here. Handmade pieces also vary a little from their photographs, which is not a fault.

Which item, and what is wrong with it. A sentence or two is plenty.

Up to 4 images, 5 MB each. For damage or a wrong item please include a photo of the item and its packaging – it is how we claim against the courier, and it gets your replacement moving faster.
